conditions of sale
1-
PRICES
The prices are shown in Euros and also in their equivalent amount
in French Francs and US Dollars. Deal will be made in Euros. For
countries not having adoped the european single currency, the rate
of conversion is a estimate of the exchange rate, and is available
on simple demand.
Prices are given included taxes, and the french T.V.A is not recoverable.
TVA not applicable art 293B of CGI
The given prices
not include the transport costs. The costs of delivery are fixes
and add to the prices of products. The total price, including all
costs, is visible in the eletronic mail of confirmation of the order
act as invoice.
Delivery
cost France :
photos shipping 3 euros.
photo objects and poster shipping 5 euros.
Free
delivery cost for 300 euros order and above.
Take your order at our STUDIO on RDV without cost.

DELIVERY
The deliveries can be made in France, in the countries of the European
Union and other foreign countries (WORLD). we can deliver to the
address of your choice. Please, assure that your address is complete,
that is to say it contains postal code and eletronic mail.
GOUVENEL STUDIO passes of any responsibility as regards the problems
being able to be connected to transport. During the delivery, the
buyer should verify attentively his parcel and also his products
and express all the complaints as soon as possible to the transport
company in case products would have been damaged or lost.
All the complaints concerning damaged or lost products should be
sent to us in the 48 hours following the reception of the products.

The delivery periods indicated on our web page are given as a rough
guide and are on no account contractual.
We can not be responsible for the delivery during events escaping
our control. That included all the cases of Force Majeure, the floods,
the fires, the natural disasters, the accidents, total/partial strikes,
the war, the riots, the governmental decisions ...

PAYMENT
Payments are made only through international postal order or credit
card by paypal (add tax
of 2,50 euros by order by paypal) for customers located outside
France and only in Euros. For costumers located
in France, we accept the payment by postal order, check, cash
(only at our photo studio) and credit card by paypal (add tax
of 2,50 euros by order by paypal). The process
and delivery of the order is made from reception of the regulation
of the order made by the costumer in the periods announced in
our
web page photos rates.
4-GUARANTEE
AND WAY BACK
Right on the way back
You can return products which are not defective if they do not
correspond to your expectations, in the 7 days following their
reception, and
you will receive a complete refund of the price of your purchases.
The products allready being used can not be sent back. The freight
costs stay in that case at your expense. Attention : The photo
objects and The increases big sizes 20 x 30 (cm), 30 x 45 (cm)
and 50 x 75 (cm)
are neither
resumed nor exchanged.
Garantee, defective,
errors of delivery
In case products would be defective or in case there would have
been an error in the delivery, you can sent back to us the products
for the period prescribed by the law. The cost price and the postal
charges will be to you paid off. Attention : The photo

nor exchanged.

ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
GOUVENEL STUDIO offers you the possibility of buying photos through
Internet for individals only. If you choose this ease, you will
have to accept the terms of it and the conditions. Your contractual
partner is GOUVENEL STUDIO 485, avenue Paul Muller 54600 Villers-les-Nancy
FRANCE. The fact of sending to us an order is considered
to have acquainted with the terms and conditions of the contract
and to have accepted them. The definitive acceptance of your order
will be made only from the reception of your regulation. Photos
samples are not contractuals.
It is advisable with all parts that the contract is subjected to
the french law and that only this jurisdiction can intervene. In
the hypothesis where a dispute would arise from the present contractual
relation, the parts undertake before any judicial action to look
for a privately negociated. The parts agree that any born dispute
of the present contract raises the exclusive competence of the commercial
court of Strasbourg.

ACCESS TO COMPUTERIZED DATA
The wanted informations such as e-mail address, name, address, the
informations concerning the order (article, price, quantity, etc.),
potential various addresses of delivery, the type of payment and
all voluntarily supplied informations supplementarily will be collected,
processed and used for the process of the order and also the management
of the costumer service, according to the rules defined by the law.
According to
